Try this metronome warmup routine next time you’re pressed for time - Golf.com

“Ear buds are good, so people don’t have to hear it, or your buddies don’t make fun of you,” Tillery says.

Start your swing on a beat and then return back to impact position at the next beat. Start with smaller half swings and then work your way up to a full swing as you get loose. If done correctly, you will be able to internalize the tempo and bring it to the course for more solid contact. Or, as Tillery says, “to have a chance for that mystical range man to make it to the course.”

Next time you’re running late, don’t worry — instead, channel your inner musician for improved tempo and a solid warmup.
